According to Joshua Love, "Corporate wellness is not just one solution. It is the culmination of many solutions that work together under one strategy." But it has to start at the top. The underlying "healthy culture" of the company will need to be woven from the top down if it is going to last.
And yet, many employers still try to tie up valuable in-house resources attempting to build a program for corporate wellness with a solution instead of making it the way of life in the organization. Allowing things like flex-time for working out can go a long way to improve the quality of work/life balance for many employees.
